Screening threads

I am wondering, and thinking it’s probably a no, but is there any way MNHQ can pre-screen threads on the Coronavirus topic before they are live? Stop the trolls getting the air time.

I’m not sure how others are feeling, but after seeing numerous trolling threads over the past few days I just don’t think I can carry on here at the moment.

Agree but you're about to get all the 'get off Mumsnet, this is all that matters from now on' 'you just want everyone to catch it' yadda yadda that's everwhere now sadly!

We've never been a pre-moderated site and to be honest, this isn't likely to change at the moment. We do try our very best to get to reports quickly - as ever, please do report anything causing concern. We're always happy to take a look.

P.S if a thread is causing a bit of bother, you can always hide it until we get there!
