Blank area half way down the page

[1984isnow]

I am getting this blank box area, every time I refresh or go to a different page.

It is 'hiding' posts or links to threads behind it, as when I close it the window they appear. If I click on the blank part, it opens up a random thread.

I'm using internet explorer on android
