How to go one as a different user???

WEarlier this month I logged in as a completely new user - DaisyDuck. I didn't just change my nickname, but had two users going. However, although I still post as Hulababy it would seem that when I do competitions, etc I am registered in still as DaisyDuck, not Hulababy. How can I delete this username and revert back to being Hulababy all the time?

Hope this waffle makes sense!

Have you gone through 'your member profile' at the top and updated it?

hi hula

carla · 05/10/2004 19:23

Hula, why did you change your name? Perfectly respectable person on MN ??

carla · 05/10/2004 19:26

And following on from the zebra thread - sad as I am - are you a Hula as in Hoola Hoop, or a Hula as in 'udder'. These things bother me ....

emmatmg · 05/10/2004 19:28

AHA, so i see you've won another comp, hula.

Beginning to think there abit of favouritism going on here

Well done, have to ask why the name change though?

Hulababy · 05/10/2004 19:29

Member profile will only let me change my nickname - which I can't as there is already a Hulababy - me!!! I somehow need to log out as DaisyDusck and log in again as Hula.

I changed my ame when first TTC this month., But I kept getting the two names mixed up and posting with wrong name on wrong threads!!!

Contact tech hula, he will soothe your worried brow.

Hulababy · 05/10/2004 19:31

Definitely a Hoola (but as in hula dance type thing - based on DD's grass skirt photo)

Can't believe we won this one - DVD can be part of DD's Christmas pressie

Techs 1 or 2 can do this, or tell you how to. I had a similar problem when I realised I could post as someone else - someone else's child's details kept appearing instead of my own

Carrie (mumsnet) · 05/10/2004 20:26

Hi Hula

I'm sure I should know the answer to this {blush} but I'm afraid I don't - will draw it to the techs' attention

Carrie (mumsnet) · 05/10/2004 20:26

and I should preview!!!!

Hulababy · 05/10/2004 20:30

Thanks Carrie.

Maybe I should wait until my Alladin DVD prize is sorted though. Don't want to delete DaisyDuck and then not be entitled!

Hee hee HB and congrats. Have you tried clearing all the cookies for the browser you're using?

Hulababy · 05/10/2004 20:39

Thanks JJ, that's done it. I am now logged on and registering as Hulababy again Can't believe it was such a simple task!

And it means that DaisyDuck isn't deleted yet - so I can still get my prize.
