Is anyone finding they click on a thread and a different one opens?

I'm waiting for the page to load and clicking carefully. This isn't happening anywhere else.

All the time. Takes so long for the active convos page to load. Not as much of a problem on my razor sharp brand new chrome book, but phone cannot cope at all.

The reason it happens to be is because of the adverts.

For example: I go on the webpage on my phone, click refresh. I have to wait a moment before clicking on the thread I want, because the page won't have settled yet. It's particularly bad when I press back (I tend to read some of the first post or the whole first page but then press back to return me to the list of active threads, I'm mostly a reader and only parking threads or CF threads have me read an entire pages long threads).
Annoys the hell out of me but it is what it is I guess.

Wait for the little arrow to disappear at bottom of page before you click on a thread!

Happens frequently when I'm on my Kindle (as I am now) but not on my chromebook.

Yes. It's happened twice when I tried to click on this thread.

I agree with bats, it's because of the ads. And it's happening even though I'm using an adblocker.

If you wait a moment or two after refreshing it doesn't happen, but it's annoying.

These ridiculous adverts must be counterproductive, pages dont load properly, irritating random thread openings, the site is slow and clunky. And the adverts dont actually load most of the time and you just get a big white box.
This must be putting users off.

No but often I'll click on a thread and it comes up "you have a bad connection". I can click on other threads after this and then go back to the one I originally tried to click on and the same message comes up. Annoying.

This was happening lots a few weeks ago on my Android phone and there was a thread about it at the time. It seemed to be resolved but now it is really bad again, to the extent that I can't ever seem to open the correct thread. It just opens one further up the page.
