I think it is what is called a 'sticky' because they want us to contribute because some very important bods have asked for our opinions.

I've replied on other thread too, but basically we thought it was important that folks saw it and had the chance to have their say - we know Mumsnetters are never short of opinions and didn't want anyone to miss out on giving theirs!

We've stopped it sticking at the top now as folks seem to have got the message.
