You can tag the user by using the @ symbol, or copy and paste what they wrote and pop it into your message, above your own post. It's best to bold this for clarity.

Okay. I don’t know how to make the whole para bold. But thanks for that.

Put the text you want to bold in between two asterisks HI

So (without spaces) hello would make hello.
