App BUG ? Time AM / PM

On the App, the time seems 12 hours out, so I see e.g. 11 AM instead of 11 PM

On Safari, the time is 24-hours and correct

I use an iPad Pro, with latest IOS, 13.3.1

Thanks for raising this @BigChocFrenzy - could you give some examples that we can check in the app? It uses the devices time & date preferences to make the calculation - could you check your iPad time & date preferences are correct?

My iPad time is set automatically.
It shows the correct time everywhere else, just not on the MN App

Is there anywhere within the App that specifically resets time ?

Example just now:

You can see in the top LHS of that screenshot that the time is shown correctly on the iPad, just not in the App part of the Photo

Wow that's really strange, I haven't seen that happen on the app before. Is anyone else seeing this? We can't reproduce it on our devices, which suggests it has something to do with the actual device.

Although my times do look different to your times. Which time zone are you set to? What if you manually set it to London then restart the app?

I live in Germany, so I don't want to set to UK time

• it would get me very confused and I'd miss my various daily alarms for gym classes etc !

Maybe that is why you haven't seen this bug before - it only applies to those on a foreign time zone ?

Can you close the App, then temporarily set your time to say Berlin and then see if you can reproduce this anomoly ?

I could also reset time tomorrow afternoon, as I won't have appointments to worry about until Saturday PM

but it is obviously easier for you to debug if you can reproduce my problem

I use the app on the iPad but GMT time zone. I usually use 24hr clock but switched to 12 hr, restarted MN - seems fine. This may be a daft question but presumably you find it misbehaves all the time not just when it's an hour off midday GMT?

I've had this iPad Pro since 2017, with Berlin time and I've not had this problem before

I downloaded IOS 13.3.1 about 2 weeks ago, hoping it would fix the issue, but it didn't

This is just now - afternoon looks OK

It's just mornings, or until a particular time

The iPad has been restarted, after I downloaded IOS 13.3.1, but that didn't solve the issue

Until a few weeks ago, the App always showed me UK time, which was fine by me

However, the morning time is wrong in both countries

I still have it - note the time change at noon (on a fast moving CV thread)

That "1:59" am should have been 11:59 am
