I can only answer for iphone app but,
On your post, tap the paperclip icon at the bottom, it will open a 'plus sign' box. Tap that which will open your camera, tap the left square to open camera roll photos then choose, up to three images i think for one post, click 'done' then post.

Accounts need to be 48 hours old before posting photos - once you're through the time limit, give us a shout if you're still having issues.
