Why can't I upload a pic?

When I click on the relevant bit it comes up with the small box as per usual but it is part of the thread I am currently on. ?????

I have that problem too, on the for sale board

ON THE FOR SALE BOARD, IT SAYS 'CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD PIC'

IT USED TO OPEN A BOX YOU COULD BROWSE THROUGH AND PIC A PICTURE - BUT NOW IT JUST REOPENS THE PAGE IN SAID BOX.
