Hi there, I don't get an option to reply to posts or comment on posts on the app. Only to start a new threat. Please can you help?

Can you let us know what app you're using - is it IOS or android?
Can you send us a screenshot of the bottom of a thread, where you should be able to contribute?

Could we ask you to make sure your phone has the most recent updates installed.

Once it's all updated, could you try removing and then reinstalling the app and let us know if that works? Thank you!
