Cant scroll on adverts

Been having an issue with scrolling past the adverts that appear mid post.

If i try to scroll by playing my finger over the advert, it doesnt move. So i have to click on the post either above or below to move past it. Given the size of the adverts this can be a pain depending on where my last scroll left me.

Ive attached a screenshot of the issue. Using an android phone, with google chrome.

Oh no! This sounds frustrating. What happens if you click the little 'x' in the right hand corner?

If i click the x then the ad goes away and its fine, but i would normally just scroll past to save the hassle of finding the little x, clicking it and hoping i dont accidently hit the ad itself instead!

Are you using desktop site on mobile and if so can you switch it to mobile site? (scroll to the bottom of the page and you should get the option to switch the view).

Hi im using the mobile site on an android phone. When i scroll to the bottom it gives me the option to switch to desktop.
