I have another mumsnet account (apart from this one) that had quite a few threads that I had created that I wanted to read and for some reason I can’t log in to that account. When I use my email address to log in it says I’m new to mumsnet and asks me to set up a profile, when I tried to do that it says my email address is already in use. Confusing?
I use gmail as my email address so I tried logging in using the ‘log in with Google’ feature on the mumsnet log in page and it puts me through saying welcome back and asking me now to put my password in but then it says my password is wrong?? Which I know it isn’t. So I clicked forgot password to try and reset but I haven’t received any reset email from mumsnet and I’ve checked my junk mail too. What’s happening? I’ve messaged mumsnet HQ through email, waiting for a response from them. Has this happened to anyone before?
