It's happening again.
Constant cookie pop ups to ask me if I accept them.
I like cookies.
Stop asking me.

For the love of Pete, MN please look at this. It's driving me nuts...I've been asked every time I've changed thread titles, this was obs going on last night tool. I'm Windows 10, Google chrome and laptop.

LilyMumsnet · 10/12/2019 17:41

Hi both,

We're sorry - we love cookies too, but not when they are being annoying...

Can we ask the usual - devices and browsers? Also, screenshots of the popup would be super.

Thanks. Flowers

But but ... your privacy is important to them.

Thanks OP. Can we have a screenshot?

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 13/12/2019 16:10

I've told you up thread. Do you need a screenshot still? Seems OK now

coconuttelegraph · 13/12/2019 16:32

I'm getting this numerous times too, laptop tablet and phone tbh there's been so many threads about it I don't get why you need to ask for screenshots - how do you not know what it is?

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 13/12/2019 18:55

weirdly, it's ok for me today. Standard MN question coconut. Doesn't mean they'll fix it Xmas Grin

Motoko · 17/12/2019 08:14

I've noticed this happening more often too, although not as bad as it sounds like others have. Don't see how a screenshot would help. On my laptop, the pop up covers the whole bottom half of the screen.

Catabogus · 18/12/2019 10:55

Safari on iPad here. And Chrome on Windows 10 on laptop.

ACautionaryTale · 18/12/2019 11:10

It also seems to happen every time you update your browser or OS. Surely you can record the MAC address of the machine!

LilyMumsnet · 18/12/2019 18:21

Hi all,

Can we ask if you're using ad blockers at all?

ACautionaryTale · 18/12/2019 22:19

I’m not using ad blockers- apart from my brain that just mentally blocks them

It happens virtually every day from my work machine although that’s a corporate network so maybe understandable.

But it happens at least once a week on my phone/ tablet - laptop
