How to watch a thread please?

I thought you swiped the title to the left and clicked watch, but there's a blank space...

Not on iPhone, so may be different, but I have 3 little dots in a column at the top of the thread I click on.

There's an arrow on the top you click on and it says watch this thread??

Updated the app and can now see the hide and share bits!
