Username not changing

Can anyone tell me how to change my username? When I go to my profile the box with my username appears in grey and I'm driving myself to distraction trying to work it out! Thanks in advance

Hi, OP

Sorry to hear you are having this bother.

You should be able to change your username by clicking on 'my mumsnet' and then 'settings'. If this is leading you to the bit where your username is greyed out, can you let us know what device you are using (PC, iphone, or the like) and if you are on the website or app - we can then take a look our end at what might be going on here.

Hi @CarolineMumsnet I'm on my browser on my phone on the mobile site. I've also tried the desktop site.

Hopefully this was just a temporary glitch but if you're still having problems changing your username, just hit Report on this post and we'll get the team to take another look.
