Problem with scalextric competition

I don't know if it's just me, but when I go on the page to enter, the submit button is missing at the end.

I had this - had to use a laptop rather than phone as the image verification didn't come up on the phone and no submit buttons if you complete the info and click 'enter' or return when in the text box for your email address it should submit. I think.
