So posted tonight on a survey thread - removed at OP request. Fairly innocuous stuff. But how frustrating that Op can request deletion and it’s granted!!! I was invested in those Cotten buds. It’s that how it works now an op requests deletion no questions asked?

Sorry that you spent time and energy on a thread that was deleted - we know it's frustrating! I'm not sure which thread you were on (have had a quick skim through our NFP Surveys topic but can't find any deleted threads about cotton buds), but rest assured there would have been questions asked. And thumbscrews, if necessary.

If you hit the report button on this thread and give us a few more details about the thread in question, we should be able to find out/let you know why it was taken down.

We really try not to take whole threads down at the OP's request unless it's absolutely necessary, or if they're breaking our Talk Guidelines in any way.
