Thread I was on, moved now gone, could we not be told??

Thread I was on, helped on, PM poster, moved away to quiet place, now just gone. Not been online today so maybe there is good reason for that, but really? Could posters not at least see a removal message, email, something!!

If you were on it it’ll be on your watched threads-there is a message there explaining why it’s been deleted.

There's a message on it saying the OP had asked for it to be removed, it's in my watched list so I'm able to see the message.

I had commented so should be in my watched list and my I'm on list. It's disappeared from both totally. Not there and deleted with a message. However she did say goodbye and thank you earlier, and that she would be asking for deletion...

This isn't a criticism of the op, far from it. I haven't been on for a few hours and have no idea what may have gone on. I just think it's shitty of HQ to remove something completely and not let people see why.

Happening more and more, I see others ask and sometimes it's privacy. Sometimes other reasons, some can see it, some can't. Have checked phone as well as iPad app so clearly not an across the board policy,
