Watch/report not showing

When I want to watch a thread, I can no longer see the option. It's just blank. If I click the area where it should be it goes into watching. I just can't see it on any thread.

I'm using the app on iPhone and just did the latest update if that's relevant.

Please can you let us know which version of iOS you have? There were some issues in iOS 13.
