Any update on the ‘working to fix this’ from some time ago? You still can’t go direct to a specific posters posts but just get the entire thread to trawl through.

We haven't got any updates just yet, we're afraid. We're waiting to hear back from our tech team and will update you when we know a bit more.

It's funny - I just came on to Site Stuff to ask if anyone else has noticed that it seems to have improved.

Over yesterday and today I've used it three times (oh god! Does that make me sound like a mad, obsessive stalker?*).

Twice it took me to the actual post I clicked on and once to the right thread but to the last post I'd bookmarked on it (hadn't posted on or bookmarked the other two).

No wretched "Damn!" message in sight/on site.

Slightly scared now that, as the usual rule for life is "mention something bad and it will happen; mention something good and it will go away", search may now completely re-set to Charlie's Angelic MN.

*Obviously I am a mad etc.
Just don't want to sound like one.

Hi @LaMarschallin, we're very glad to hear that the search function is working (for you, for now!). Let's hope you haven't jinxed it by posting about it...
