Night Watch sticky

Is it possible to sticky a 'how to' report to Night Watch in the evenings and on weekends. People don't know to put a thread in the section. On FWR and AIBU at least.

Thanks for the suggestion - is the issue that new users don't know how to start a thread at all or do you think it's particular to FWR and AIBU?

Just clarifying to avoid us barking up the wrong tree....

I think new users don't know.

I think there are more nighttime trolls on those two areas.
