Ability to View Photographs Included in Threads

Could you please explain why photographs posted within threads are not able to be viewed by all users on all versions of MN? There is a thread at the moment where the OP posted three photographs within their first post which I can see, but the OP has posted further photographs within the thread which I cannot see - for reference the thread is titled 'Unacceptable Mess Left in Caravan'.

This frequently happens and it seems somewhat daft that this is the case, surely you have the technology available to you to streamline the visibility of pictures and photographs across the App, Mobile Site and Desktop Site? If not, why not?

Yes I am having the same issue. Sometimes the pictures appear hours after they have been posted.

It somewhat negates the point of being able to post photographs and pictures if half of the users can't view them as they are accessing MN in a different way to the person who posted said pictures.
