Cant changed username

I have tried to change my username but it's greyed out and can't click it

Hiya
Sorry you're having problems. Just to check, to change your username, are you going to your MyMumsnet page – logging in and typing in a new one where your old one is listed? Don't forget to save the changes.
If this isn't working, can you come back to us and let us know whether you are using the mobile site, the app or the desktop site, and which browser and version of the OS.
