Three dots menu not opening

I’ve been trying to report a thread, but the menu to access the option doesn’t open when I touch the 3 dots in the corner of any post. I just get an empty dialogue box.

If it helps, I’m using Safari on an iphone5S.

It’s been 10 days now - pretty sure an amateur with a textbook could have sorted out the codebase by now!
