Where have the old posts all disappeared to?

Recently have been searching for some specific advice and thought I’d check to see if my questions had already been answered.
I clicked on about 10 previous threads to be hit with the same message.
Why am I suddenly unable to access these threads?

I’ve noticed it quite a lot too

It’s a pity. People posted in permanent topics, rather than ‘chat’ when it was ephemeral, so that things could be found when needed in the future. Looks like that!/ out of the window now

Shame they haven't all gone. I name changed today and searched for something and found myself, albeit around 5 changes ago.

Hi there all,

Could you please post the URL of the threads you're clicking on?

It'll help us to figure out why these threads have been deleted, or if they're just broken links rather than deleted as such.

SuperLoudPoppingAction · 17/07/2019 10:27

If you use advanced search for anything g 'camping cornwall' I think maybe 1/4 of the links will give this message.
Sometimes when you click on a link to a post it won't work but if you click on the link to the OP it will.

Thanks loads for providing some links for us to investigate.
We'll work on a fix - but what's immediately noticeable is that 'Talk' is missing from the URLs
So if you're keen to see those threads, just add a 'Talk/' after mumsnet.com

eg.
broken: www.mumsnet.com/secondary/a2493868-Transcribe-for-GCSEs#57220949

working: www.mumsnet.com/talk/secondary/a2493868-Transcribe-for-GCSEs#57220949

Apologies again, and please bear with us whilst we check what's causing the problem.

Thank you, that will help loads in the meantime 😊
