Just got a new phone

I can't find how to customise mn. Tia
In fact my phone just doesn't seem to understand me at all. it has no empathy and I'm doing delete as a test

on the mobile site?
there is a downward arrow to the right of >Talk (blue circle with white arrow), click on that and Customise is third down on the left row underneath "I'm on"

hope your phone starts to empathise with you more Smile
