Dodgy Gordon Ramsay advert

Hi,
I keep seeing this advert which links to the following webpage:
securetrkclick.com/asset/70/?ds=250-MA-INTL-P70-1

It all looks dodgy as anything and a bit of googling suggests Gordon Ramsay hasn't endorsed anything of the sort - am surprised it's coming up on Mumsnet.

I've been seeing this too, when I use my mobile (iPhone 8). TBH honest I just ignored it - there's always an ad at the end of each thread.
