E.mails have stopped

I have checked my customise settings, only thing I have changed is to stop the voting button appearing.

I have selected to receive e.mails when someone uses @ with my name which was working fine. But now it isn't. I have had replies on threads but no e.mails.

I have had a couple of e.mails from MN regarding another issue but am wondering where my @ ones have gone. Is it to do with not wanting the vote button showing?

(Not in my junk folder and not blocked).

We're sorry to hear this! We know this is a pain, but could you possibly go back (preferably on a different browser or device) and ensure that the boxes are definitely ticked?

I'm getting (or not getting) this same thing. I've resubscribed umpteen times. Do you perhaps use Campaign Monitor or similar, in which case you may need to delete our previous unsubscriptions from the list of people who have unsubscribed?
