Uploading pics

Hi there. I keep getting an error message that I have uploaded too many pics even though I haven't uploaded any at all! I am trying to upload 3 pictures but the error message is preventing me from.doing that. Please help.

It's happening to quite a few of us .
I reported it a few weeks ago ,I think others have also.

I'm on the IPhone app
Hope it's fixed soon !
