Problems posting pictures

I am having ongoing problems posting photos. I have tried using the app and the website and problems with both. On the app everything goes normally and it says "success" but doesn't post the pictures. On the website nothing happens when I click to post or preview.

I've had problems with this also ,on iPhone app .
Not tried today but last few weeks I haven't been able to post the 6 allocated & it doesn't renew the next day either.

Afternoon - sorry to hear that you're having trouble posting pics.
Could you let us know which device and browser you're using, please? Then we can try to work out what's causing it.

iPhone 7 app

I am using an android phone (Moto G5). With the app I get all the right messages so it says "successful" when I post but then nothing actually posts. When I tried on the website it was using Firefox browser - with that the photos attach to the message and show but then when I try to either preview or post nothing happens.

Iv had this problem since I joined MN..past 2 weeks. Im using Samsung S5 and google browser.

Could you post some photos here, see what happens?

Just tried and same again..no photo it just says success.

Have just written a message and attached a photo using android app. I got the waiting... posting message with the circle followed by the "success" message but I can't see any post. I wrote a message as well as attaching a photo but can't see either.

Android Talk app users - there is a fix going live shortly that should improve posting photos in the app.
iOS Talk app users - does this happen repeatedly? It seems to be working when I test the app.

Thanks for the update re the app - I still can't post pictures using the website either though - accessing on my android phone not computer but not via app.

It's not working for me using iPhone 7!

Have you tried posting 6 on the IPhone app @TimMumsnet ?
There are more issues today ,pics are not visible at all

We've had some improvements in performance over the last few weeks, is this issue still occurring?

An update on this - I tried to post pictures again yesterday using the android app and still can't post pictures. I get an error message saying I'm not connected which isn't true as I am on WiFi and working fine. Seems the picture issue is still a problem.
