I just had this pop onto my phone screen when reading a thread.

And no don't ask me to tell you what device and browser I'm using like every other time

Same here, popped up 2-4 times in less than a minute.

Same here, on iPhone not using the app. Pops up and disappears a few times a minute, very annoying! Pressing back also not working and not able to load active threads on the main page.
