A very short questionnaire too.

Is this really the way you think you should be engaging with your users to improve things?

It's beyond superficial. You have a whole insight team there. Is there no-one who could have at least created a more imaginative questionnaire, with scope for people to explain their answers?

And why do you need to know someone's exact age, rather than giving the usual options if 5 (or even 10) year brackets?

I agree and looking at the number of unresolved issues on this Board I fail to understand how a survey will help with any of them.

I regularly bump a thread which was started nearly eighteen months ago and despite several promises that 'the Tech Team is working on it', it still hasn't been resolved.
