Updated Android Talk App: What improvements would you like?

We've just released an update for the Android Talk app here. It includes some performance improvements, but we're aware the app still has other issues.

What would you like to see fixed or added to the Android app? We're working on it over the next few weeks, so now is the time for feedback!

I refuse to use the android app until it has the ability to upload pictures.

The mobile site is still far better than the app

Please allow us to 'unwatch' threads. Also, allow us to watch a thread when bookmarking a reply - if I get to the end of a long thread and decide I want to watch it for future updates it I have to scroll all the way to the beginning again in order to be able to 'watch' it and then go back to the last reply in order to bookmark my place.

The iOS app is miles better, annoyingly.

Hey guys, thanks for the requests - we're working on both those features right now! We should release within a week or so, so I'll let you know when it's out.

You're right, the iOS app has had much more investment for various reasons, but the coming fixes will help it catch up.

Less buggy please. I'll get to a juicy bit of a long thread and the app will go back to Active Topics without warning. No way I'm going back in to a 600 post train wreck after that.

Also would be amazing to be able to see all the images people upload to their posts. I can only ever see one, and inevitably it's the 'what I asked the hairdresser for' pic rather than the OP's hair. I'd love to be able to put my 100s of hours of YouTube bleach disaster viewing to use.

Ha! We're almost finished adding functionality to show all photos in posts. We'll let you know when it's been released.

I would like the bookmark feature to work. Especially when combining it with the flip thread feature.

I would like deleted threads to show the deletion message rather than telling me there is something wrong with my internet connection.

I would like to be able to see if someone has sent me a PM

I would like paragraphs to work.

I would like to be able to attach photos

It would be fantastic if it connected properly when opening, and then didn't disconnect repeatedly. No other app has this problem so I know it's not my phone or internet connection.

• Improved loading threads I'm on & threads I'm watching
