Can we lose the feet?

I'm sure I saw someone else post about this but can't find it. The feet in the ad at the top are quite frankly minging.
Could you replace with something a little nicer?

They’ve ruined my tea and biscuits then my lunch

Feet be gone

It's the ? Shopstyle ? ad that comes up all the time for the woman in the red mesh top with nothing underneath. I mean, perfectly pleasant breasts, but I am sure not enough people dress like that to show the ad as often as I'm seeing it. (Who DOES dress like that?!)

Flyinggeese · 10/05/2019 11:48

Yes please! I have a huge ad with really disgusting dirty toenailed feet at the top of the page about 90% of the time. Why?!

MadSweeney · 10/05/2019 13:46

Still coming up for me as well. Not nice. Come on MN there must be a better ad than this?

Agreed! Couldn’t he have at least washed his feet before having them photographed?

The ads are nothing to do with MN, the ads you see are chosen by google Adsense, and determined by your browsing cookies, your search history, websites you've visited and the information on the page you are viewing.

If you want to make changes to the ads you see go and change you ADSettings on google.

Flyinggeese · 10/05/2019 19:50

JollyAndBright I can only assume these are something to do with MN (or that it is within NN’s power to block them) because 1. they only ever appear when I’m on the MN website, nowhere else; and 2. Others seem to see the same ones here too, e.g. the feet ones and the flipping tea that nobody is ever going to buy. It really does seem to be a MN thing rather than a general cookies-related issue.

Also, they are just so invasive; a huge scrolling banner with filthy feet! Yuck. Doesn’t happen anywhere else but on here.

Actually I agree with Flyinggeese MN is the only place I get this advert.
