No access for about a week - HTTP 500 error

If I try and access MN on my phone (Android, via Chrome or via email links), I have only been able to get up an error page (HTTP 500 error) for around a week now. I got the same on my laptop for a while, but I am now able to use my laptop fine but still not my mobile. I've cleared history, cookies, done a reset, but it just seems like it's Mumsnet and not my phone. I don't know what's going on but it's certainly weaning me off my MN addiction.

I sent a message to Mumsnet via Facebook when I had absolutely no access, to see if it was a problem for everyone and if it had a solution, but had no response.

I can see a few recent threads in Site Stuff about issues/slowness but none mentioning this error, and nobody seemed to be locked out completely like me (or maybe they are and they still haven't found a way around it). Any solutions?

Having the same problem logging in using my email address - can do it on my phone but not my lap top.

Any clues mumsnet?

I've just managed to get in using incognito mode on Chrome on my phone, but still can't get in otherwise.

Same here. Can't log in via email anymore. Having to log in via Google, which I don't want to do.

Cleared cache. Got nowhere
