Weird pop-up box from MN when trying to reply to message

MN help please.

Someone has sent me a PM and when trying to reply to it I've typed the message and when I hit 'send' a pop-up box appears which reads:

www.mumsnet.com says

But it doesn't say anything else apart from that, the rest of the box is entirely blank apart from an OK button.

If I press that it takes me back to the message I am trying to send. I am going round in circles here.

Could you help me out please?
