password reset link just takes me to the home screen

Is this a common problem? I requested a password reset link, which duly arrived in my email inbox. I clicked the link in the email, but this merely opens MN at a home page with editorial pieces and advertising.

I am completely unable to reset my password despite having received the reset link by email.

Any solution?

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry you're having problems. Is there any chance you're logged in while you're trying to reset your password? That's usually what causes this issue.
