Why can't I upload photos?

I'm trying to attach some photos to a thread but when I try the 'attach icon' (on Mobile app) it's saying my camera roll is empty 🤔

I've had a look at my privacy and Mumsnet should access to my photos so not sure why I can't upload or even see them?

Any idea?
