How to turn off email notifications?

My email inbox is filling up with emails from mumsnet every time someone comments on a thread I've commented on. I can't find in the settings the way to turn off these email notifications?

Go into Customise/Preferences www.mumsnet.com/Talk?call=Preferences, scroll down a bit and there are two options to turn off email notifications - don't forget to click on Save once you've unchecked them!
