Paragraphs when using a Samsung

Is there a way of adding paragraphs to a post when on a Samsung? I've tried double spacing as well and that didn't work (I had no issue on the Iphone).

Well it didn't but I've just tried again and it looks like it's working.

I've had this phone for well over 6 months and it's never worked!
