Reset password link not working

I’ve forgotten my password and have requested a reset password link. Email arrived and I clicked the link but it just went straight through to the website home page. How do I reset my password?? On iPhone if relevant...

The site thinks you don't need one, because you're requesting it whilst logged in. If you log out and then do a reset, this should work. Let us know!
