One for the nerds .. preview/post not working on refreshed pages ...

3. refresh thread
4. observer "preview" and "post" no longer work

(for the ITIL heads)
workaround:

open thread in new tab
cut'n'paste text from original tab
post

Thanks so much for flagging this. Is there just no option for preview? Would you mind taking a screenshot for us?

No disrespect, but a screenshot would only show a normal page. The buttons are visible - and mousing over changes the cursor, so the page knows they are scripted.

However pressing them does nothing. You need to re-open the page freshly.

I can imagine what's going wrong behind the scenes, but when you are starting from a pay grade of £0, pretty much everything is above it.

Do I take the request for more information to be a sign that someone, somewhere has tried to replicate the issue and failed ?
