Unable to log in on my laptop

I can't log in using Firefox or Edge. I type in my email address and press Next, and nothing happens.

Hi there OP,

Thanks for getting in touch about this. We were having some problems with the log in button, but it should be fixed now. Do let us know if it isn't.

I've just had the same issue with the 'next' button on an iPhone. I could log in by pressing Go on the pop up keyboard instead but the next button didn't do anything.
