How do I change my name to my original user ?

I temparily changed my name to post some 'before'and 'after' photos on the Revitalash thread.

So far, so good.

However, how do I change it back to my original user name?

I tried typing back in my original user name but it tells me that that user name is already taken (well, yes, it would be as it's my original user name).

It's not you that's taken it but someone else OP...when you changed your name, you didn't re-register as EyelasheNamechanged0 did you? You went into your own account and chose a new name?

If so, it's likely that in the meantime, someone else has come along and chosen your old name as their new one. Nothing you can do.

Don't be daft, Baa, nobody can take an existing user name that already belongs to someone else and is in their user name list!

Eyelash, perhaps it's best if you say what type of device you're using, whether you're on the desktop, mobile or App and what browser you're using, then someone might be able to pinpoint your problem.

But it's not existing if she changes it is it?

It is, because it's in her existing list of user names which just belong to her and nobody else can 'claim' it. You can chop and change between user names, you can add new user names and (as long as your idea for new one is not already is registered by someone else) each name is yours and yours alone for eternity!!

You keep every name you've ever used, no one else can take them and on the thread about the data breach MN confirmed that even if you de-register no one else can use any of your name
