The blue bar on the mobile site.

Hello hope you are all well at MN Towers.
You know the creepy wee blue bar on the mobile site....is it supposed to be really elusive. It pops up occasionally teasing me with it's presence, then as I am about to use it, poof, gone.
I don't know if you are all having a laff at HQ about it all, or if it is my phone ( a Sony something or other) or if it is a well known problem.

I promise we're not dangling and snatching it away for a giggle... Is this on chrome? Definitely the mobile site, not the desktop version of the mobile site?

Yes on chrome, I am pretty sure that it is the mobile site.
There is an option at the bottom to to go to the desktop site if that means anything.

Thanks for getting back to us. That's odd, it does sound like you are using the mobile site, so we're not entirely sure what's going on here. Could you please let us know what device you're using? And if you could also try on a different browser and see if it works?
