Repeated email notifications

I've had 5+ emails about the same 2 posts on a thread. No one else has updated it, I'm just getting an email every half an hour. FYI.

We've alerted our tech team and will hopefully have a fix and some answers for you very soon.

Thanks for your patience, everyone. We know this must have been hugely frustrating for you all to have your phones pinging away like mad.

We've had a chat with our Tech team who've assured us that the issue causing this has been disabled for now.

It shouldn't happen again
