Search bar stuck in 2016

Seems every time I search a topic from a keyword it only shows threads that include keyword from the year 2016 ,
Does anyone else have this problem?

Was looking for a thread about neighbours today , which was posted today with neighbours in title but doing search latest post was January 2017 . All the rest are 2016 .
It is a tad annoying 😁
