Can no longer log in from my phone....

Since the Big Log Out, I can't log in to Mumsnet from my phone (Nokia, Android, Chrome).

I get to the log in page, enter my email address and password, press the red "Sign in" rectangle, and... nothing.

I can log in fine from my PC (which is how I'm posting this).

Update: I can log in from the android app but cannot log in to the actual website on my phone.

I can’t log in through my phone either, only my iPad (didn’t check on laptop).

Why was there a big log out? I was also logged out from the site but got in OK on my home PC. Haven't tried on my Android phone yet, hope it doesn't get complicated, thank goodness DP is an IT expert.

No I can't log in on my phone either. It says I am new to mumsnet…..

I was surprised to find myself needing to log in today, android phone, not using the app

I can only log in via facebook option because sign in button doesn't work with email/password option

That's fine, but my phone is still telling me I need to register as I am new to Mumsnet…..I'm already registered!

So what do I do?....re register on my phone (can I even do that with the same password and username?) or register with different details then log out of mumsnet on PC and log in with new details??

Hi there all,

We're really sorry about this. As @Oswin has mentioned, we have had some data security issues today which have meant that we have had to force log out all users. We are currently in the process of finding out who exactly has been affected and will be contacting them directly.

Can confirm that this is only partially related: I've not been able to log in via Google Chrome on Laptop for several weeks. Chrome on mobile was fine when this last failed.

As of today, Chrome on mobile (Android) also doesn't work. Phone's default browser works, though.

This would seem to be a browser issue, I think.

I've not been able to login online on my phone but the app is fine.

I had thought my password was wrong but it works perfectly fine on the app.
