Search option on app not working

Ok, it does work, occasionally, but it's very temperamental. It does find what I'm looking for, but whenever I click on a thread I want, it just says cannot connect or whatever. So frustrating!

I'm on iPhone if it makes any difference.

Thanks for getting in touch about this. Can we just double check, is your app up to date? That might help solve the problem.

Hi, sorry for late reply.

I've updated the app and it seemed to have fixed the issue... for a few days. Now when I get search results it will allow me to view some threads but not the others.
