Login form won't "submit" at password enter screen

Hi.

Having account issues.

I signed up, on the mobile Android phone. Was having issues with the orange button to submit the web form on the login screen but eventually it worked (hence me posting this).

However, on my desktop, I go to log in on MN. It asks for method ( Facebook, Google, MN account),I choose third option. I enter email.
Next page loads.
I enter password.
I clicked submit orange button... Nothing happens! Can not get it to submit damn login form.

DH helpful but no fix. Says we are on normal Window 10 machine on Chrome window with no incognito on.

Help?

Hm worked just fine on the blue browser Internet Explorer

still not working on chrome. is this a known problem
